An experience with crack.

at the beginning of this month i ordered the Musashi handmade Shinobi with the black anodized blade. when i opened the package and looked at the sword i was surprised to find the tsuba was cracked. the crack ran from the blade to the corner. i assumed the damage had happened uring shipping. while the were no holes in packaging there was a considerable bend in the package where the tsuba would have been located. i immediately called the number on the invoice and spoke to a representative for swordnarmory.com named greg. i explained my situation up to the point of mentioning the crack. greg confirmed my order and then simply proceeded to go above and beyond any expectation i had in dealing with the issue at hand. (no pun intended) i was thinking greg would need me to repack the sword and send back. or possibly greg would ship a new tsuba... no. without hesitation greg stated to hold on to the blade i had and he was shipping out a new shinobi for replacement. my response? all i could utter was, "what?" greg repeated himself again. i was astonished when a new shinobi arrived in perfect condition. the blade with the cracked tsuba now hangs on my wall. why? a conversation peice and when asked i direct all who need excellent customer service looking to purchase from a top notch company to swordnarmory.com. it's employees like greg that separate swordnarmory.com from the rest. thank you, greg.
