Aurora History Boutique

I bought my first collectibles order from them. It was all roman stuff. They're just 95 miles up the road from me outside of Wash DC. It was a fast and painless experience.

Since then I've gone back a couple of times to try and buy some other Windlass items. Alas, it hasn't been as smooth and neat an experience.

AHB has a venerable and sloppy web site. Products are thrown together without any reference to who's the vendor. An AHB's inventory control is less than sterling. Have had several experiences where they thought they had an item, then when I ordered it, was told several days later that it was out of stock.

These are good folks, their prices are competitive and they will deal with you fairly. By all means use their services. Just be prepared for some scatter brained moments.

worst store ever
by: Gary

I tried to order a replica rifle from this store. First it was on back order, then they sent the wrong rifle. They will not answer the phone. Finally they answered my email. They said send it back for the right one. They then sent the same wrong rifle back again. This has been going on for 3 months. I still am trying to send it back for a refund. Stay clear of this terrible store.

Horrible Customer Service and Theft

i totaly agree they NEVER answer the phone and they have 5 or more numbers, in my case i purchased a gun for my son to have in his collection and they sent the correct gun but they charged my credit card twice for the same item. Im very upset and will NEVER do business with this company again....
