Avoid Red Dragon Swords

I ordered a couple of knives as gifts for friends as of late November 2007 in order to make sure they arrived by the holidays. When I ordered them, they were posted as available. The next week, I received a message telling me that they were unavailable. I checked on the site and they were still posted as available.

Following, this I sent the company 4 separate emails, (the first asking to change my order, and the subsequent 3 asking to refund me). My emails were "ticketed" and I was assured by this ticket that they would be read promptly. They never were, and I'm out about $60. Nothing ever arrived from Red Dragon and it is now March.

Not much money, but the principle is what matters to me.

The fact that I've sent them several emails and all have been avoided or simply not dealt with tells me that small money orders may be overlooked and disregarded to due their losing a customer who isn't dropping money in mass quantity. Also, there is no other contact on their web page except for their unworkable "ticketing" system.

I would avoid this company if I were you. I have read many other similar complaints from dissatisfied customers as well.

Glad to have a site like this where we can warn eachother about stuff like that, its horrible how some of these places operate.

it seems we have discussed this guy in the recent past in reference to reports by other members.
it is a well researched medical fact that bad reputations not only follow a person around for a long time, but they can cause impotence as well.
not only that but it is well known in zoological circles that the north american & australian elephant has an even longer memory than their african & indian cousins.................so, mr. markum, you had better watch out.........you could find the severed head of a weasel (or maybe, several weasels, because they are small) in your bed when you least expect it.
now, we don't want letters from all the tree-hugging weasel people........we only chose the weasel because of their historical association with weaselness & the assumed fact that it is probably easier to cut the head off a weasel(or several weasels because they are small) than some giant horse.

also, it has been suggested that someone could sneak over to this guys house at night with a bag of dog poop & light it on fire on his porch & ring the doorbell.....................now, if anyone decides to go this route, remember to run away immediately afterward or this activity could lose its terrifying? effect.

ya kno... i was guna buy a legend of zelda master sword from red dragon, but anytime i type in the name i get comments about how horrible they r. you guys r the good critics (or somthin lik that)! so im of somewere else to find some assassins creed weapons. so THX!

i recently recieved my very first american express in the mail (excited) and i had only used it one time to buy one single thing (prince nuada sword) then i promptly put it in my wallet where it is to this day...never used again (i got it about 3 weeks ago) ....well when i looked up my cc statement online to see if reddragonswords had gotten their money for the sword yet, i was in disbelief to see that the charge that was supposed to be 149.00 was a whopping 273.56 .....i emmediately called my cc company & reported the fdraudulent charge, and tried to contact the company to find out why the charge was enormous, and NOT what i approved. I was hung up on by a very rude man, so i emailed 4 times ....never to get a return. My amex is still showing the charge, and I am now have this hassle on my hands, and no sword. The charge will come off since i didnt make it, but if i had used a prepaid card from somewhere like netspend, they dont put your money back, and i would have been sol....in closing..DO NOT ORDER FROM RED DRAGON SWORDS!!!!!!! OR ANY OF HIS AFFILIATES!!!
