Backorder Hell

So today (which is the 2/21)i'm told the Musashi Sharpening kit won't be in for 3-4 weeks,2 weeks ago they said 2-3 weeks and there website reads usually ships in a week. This place sucks, I ask for my money back the guy, Jason, tells me I might have to wait 2 weeks to get my money back. This is nonsense that I'm never doing again.
