Cheness Bujinkan Onyuri

by Harry Fletcher
(Flower Mound, Texas)

After reading Paul Souhtern's review of this katana and watching the video, I was impressed enough to order this katana.

Yes, katana, because it meets the blade length and sori requirements, just! I was as impressed when I received the Onyuri as I was when I watched the videos of it. It cuts very well indeed!

My inspection of the Onyuri left me with an itch to test it. I have lots of Gagtor Aide 12oz bottles and they are tough littte son of guns to cut especially when hanging from a cord but the Onyuri cut them very well indeed.

If you are looking for a little slicer to use indoors in case of someone in your home who wants to remove your household items or you if you get in the way the Onyuri is a must. It is silent, with no worry about stray bullets, and provides your dog with fresh meat for a few months.

The Onyuri really looks good on display too. My only complaint is that it is too sharp for me use regularly as a fun cutter...but I can't have everything can I?
