Cold Steel Hand and a Half Sword - is it fixed?

QUESTION: Is cold steels hand and a half sword that you deem "infamous" fixed. You know, the hilt collapsing issue?

ANSWER: I haven't heard anything either way at this point. So would err on the side of caution and say 'no', but I may contact them about this soon and if it is, try it out myself...

I like the look of this sword a lot. And would love to be able to say 'it is'!
