Excellent buying experience

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Sword N Armory. I ordered a Munetoshi wu jian, which was shipped the next morning and arrived two days later. The sword was slightly longer and more tip-heavy than the listed specifications (such variations are common with handmade products), so I emailed the store for advice on how to alter the point of balance.

I was pessimistic about the quality of customer service I would receive from an online store, but the response from Sword N Armory was immediate, friendly, and positive. Not only did they offer advice, but also offered to replace or exchange the sword with no questions asked. I decided to go with a different model (the CAS/Hanwei cutting jian), and the store issued the return authorization and processed my new order immediately.

I would not hesitate to buy here in the future.
