Excellent Customer Service

I messed up when I placed my order and mistyped my email address. I wrote to customer service and received a prompt reply that it was "no problem" and "easy to fix" Not to long after I received notice that my sword had shipped and a tracking number. The sword was on sale for twenty percent off plus I had a special SBG member's coupon for an additional twenty percent off. No one was getting rich off this sword, I only paid thirty one dollars for it (Nice sword by the way, a Musashi, much nicer than it's price would indicate) but I was treated as nicely as if I'd paid a thousand dollars for a katana. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sword N Armory to anyone. Granted I've only had the one experience with them but it was entirely positive from start to finish.
