A lot of people complain when things go wrong & I am one of those but I am a firm believer in giving credit when credit is due.
When I received my order it was excellent. I was extremely satisfied with the service, quality & low price. Crystal personally informed me via e-mail of pertinent changes (changes in postal service restrictions) that may affect my order and promptly readjusted my delivery costs in my favor. The order showed up in A one condition (I can tell it was personally inspected as there was a finger print on one sword haha) & shipped to Canada in one week. Great job & thanks for the service.
