Good customer service at Musashi Swords

I ordered a sword from www.musashiswords.com per recommendations from SBG (great reviews!). The sword came with a flaw on the kissaki. It looked like some one had gone back after the polish process, and sanded a piece off the very tip of the kissaki. The sanding mark was very appearent, because you can see the rough marks in a half inch section right on the edge of the blade. It also made the tip uneven.

I contacted Musashi Swords. The customer support was understanding. After I sent a close-up digial photo of the kisski, they offered to send me a replacement right away.

I am still waiting for the replacement because they were out of stock on that particular sword. While I am a bit concerned with quality control issues with Musashi products, but I am very confiden in the vendor's ability to resolve any issues.

Do not forget to use SBG discount codes when you order. It saved me quite a bit of money right away.
