I bought my first sword from KOA, a Hanwei Banshee Sword, which arrived bent from shipping. They shipped a brand new piece out to me and displayed good customer service, 2nd sword slightly bent, but I attributed it to the factory 'packaging' and kept it. I have purchased many more items from KOA and have had excellent results, shipping is very fast (especially in the Midwest), and they usually have some of the best prices on the net.
