HORRIBLE
I ordered a wooden taichi sword. I asked them specifically ( and politely) to check the tai chi sword to make sure the wood was not warped/bent, damaged. and when I received it , the sword was in fact VERY warped and bent, not only that , the hilt was loose and wobbly , there was a burn mark at the bottom , and the whole sword was dented and chipped! Of course I was angry so I made my complaint and said I am returning it for a refund, well, the SOM customer service decided to get snippy with me about the situation and then back and forth with the emails... . these people are obviously immature and want to get the last word in.. there is no way anyone inspected the sword before it left there. I personally will never do business with them again. The piece of crap they sent me looks like something they pulled from the garbage. And I have EVERY right as a consumer to make my complaint.
They disrespected me as a customer/consumer after they completely ignored my request, which , btw is part of their ordering format to leave special instructions to the seller.
This was my personal experience with them.
