K130C FLEXABLE/STRONG?

QUESTION: I JUST GOT A SWORD MAKE FROM ASSAB-K120C PATTERN WELDED STEEL, IS THIS A HIGHER GRADE THAN 1065 OR EVEN 1095? I CANT FIND ANY INFORMATION ON IT
