Kudos to Strongblade.com

Three days later, I received it and was severely disappointed. It took me about 20 minutes to remove the wooden sheath from the blade portion of the naginata! Talk about stuck! And to make matters worse, I could only put it back on about 3/4th of the way before it stuck gain. I e-mailed Strongblade's director of sales and explained my plight. She promptly replied and said that so many others had had the same problem that Strongblade was considering dropping this product from its line. She offered to send me another and asked that I return the first one. I replied that it would be nice if Strongblade gave me a pre-paid mailer to do so. Someone else replied and said I would get a mailer soon. Less than a week later, I received the replacement naginata and this time the sheath came off without a hitch. I used the mailer, which was e-mailed to me, and sent the first one back via UPS the next day. I am very satisfied at Strongblade's commitment to customer service. |
