They are often confused with oxtail dao's and willow leaf dao's

QUESTIOM: Does any one know of a site or store where I can find a decent Liuyedao Chinese saber back yard cutter to test. I have been looking for ages and I am refusing to buy one of the 1000 and up versions until I am able to test a less expensive one to see how I like the style and general balance. If any one knows please contact me asap. I'm going nuts trying to find one.

ANSWER: My recommendation - try Garrett Chan at Jin-Shi.com - he can have one custom made at a very reasonable price..!

sevenstars trading has a good monosteel from huanuo from $400some at the bottom to 1000 up top.
