Making my final choice!

QUESTION: I am about to buy my new katana! Between the SGC and the Tenchi - which would you recomend as if you were in my situation buying a new katana.

ANSWER: Hi Joe,

It's always a tough choice - however these swords, despite being made from the same steel (9260 Spring Steel) are really quite different.

The SGC is the best cutter of the two, but the thing is an absolute beast. The Tenchi on the other hand looks more traditional, so it really boils down to personal preference.

If it is pure cutting performance - the SGC wins hands down. If it is a traditional looking but extremely tough Katana, the Tenchi is the way to go.

Hope this helps narrow it down to the sword that best suits your intention and personality.

Kind Regards,

- Paul
