My Favorite Vendor TheCastleCourt.com

by Josh Mcneal
(Niceville, FL)

Like most everyone on this forum, I have been buying things medieval since I was a kid. I've probably dealt with 20 or so different stores on the internet with varying degrees of success. Several months ago I went searching for the elusive Edward III sword (most everywhere was backordered or sold out), and I stumbled across this little sword and armor shop called TheCastleCourt.com run by a very helpful soul named Sandy Little. Her customer service is Top Notch. Her prices are surprising low, as is the cost of her shipping. I've found low prices before, and I've found great customer service before, but it's really rare to find them both in one place. Oh, and she normally responds to her emails within a matter of hours, rather than days. There are some larger vendors that have apparently eaten my emails, I say that due to fact that I NEVER recieved a response.

I placed an order for the GDFB high tensile chainmail hauberk from TheCastleCourt.com at about 8:00pm on a Thursday night, and I went back and checked my email at about 11:00pm that night. Sandy had verified my order and sent me an email back thanking my for my business and letting me know approximately when my order would arrive, and that I would receive a tracking number shortly. What's exceptional about that is that she wrote me back at 10:41pm THAT SAME NIGHT. I order from this store regularly, and SHE'S ALWAYS LIKE THIS! So please go check out her store, she's a really nice lady, and she can use the business.
