my sword purchase

QUESTION: i ordered a sword from you on oct. 28 2007

i have not recived confermation or the sword.
the purchase has shown up on myvisa bill through pay pal.
i,m new to this and have just started liado

how long does it take to get an order to canada?

ANSWER: Hi Paul,

I don't know what is going on here. I have emailed a couple of times and even called you and left a message on your answering machine - but it seems that every way I am trying to reach you is not working.

Your sword is definitely on the way and should be with you early next week.

If possible can you check your email spam filter and make sure that my email address is whitelisted? If I don't hear back from you by the end of the weekend I will call you again.
