Although I was having some problems at the beginning (as my original post indicates) which were due to my additional request that the sword was sharpened, everything has been resolved. Once I got ahold of someone they were very helpful and they resolved all my issues! I would still give them an overall positive review, although be careful of all the "fast shipping" posts, as experiences may differ.
