It was my first time to buy anything from Reliks, and I must say it wasn't hard at all, even for someone who doesn't master online shopping. They have a neat chat section where you can directly ask a representative any questions you may have, unlike waiting days for an e-mail response.

Another thing that I loved: They are very friendly. I never once felt nervous to ask them a foolish question. I got my package even sooner than expected, and I was very pleased. Definitely a recommendation. (By the way, I ordered the long sword... very cool! another recommendation!)
