ANSWER: Hi George,

That is pretty easy for me to answer - the sharpest and most durable cutters are the 9260 Spring Steel SGC series Katana as reviewed here on my site.

The geometry of the blade makes them incredibly effective cutters, and they are at least as durable as the other 9260s (perhaps even more so!).

Easily the best swords around that combine sharpness and toughness in one (usually, it is one or the other - these ones have the perfect balance - with both sides of the coin in the extreme range!) A+++.
