Superb Service from AoV

Folks,

I'm new here, and will be brief.

Have done a fair bit of collecting over many years, but always looking for something new.

I asked for, and my wife ordered for Father's Day, a viking sword from one of the manufacturers AoV represents. It was quickly delivered and very well packaged. But I was extremely disappointed with the weapon--it was more than a pound overweight compared to what was advertised and the sharpening was awful.

I contacted Jason, he suggested some alternatives, and I decided to replace/exchange with a "Bristol" from the Valiant Armory Signature collection.

The Bristol arrived yesterday, only 3 business days after my return arrived at AoV. In a word, the Bristol is simply "WOW".

It's hand made, in the same sense that fine carpets from across central Asia are made, and the little flaws give them character and authenticity. My Bristol is awesome, in fit, finish, character, and it floats in the hand and is VERY sharp.

But the bottom line here is AoV and Jason--phenomenal customer service.
