Swords of Might.....A++++++

I lost track of how many orders I have placed with swords of might........but each and every time...its has been a spectacular expierience. But this most recent one is the reason why I will continue to shop there.
I placed an order a few days ago for 2 katanas and a 3 sword stand. The next day I recieved an email stating that some of the items were on backorder and that i had different options of dealing with this. I chose to call up and change out a few things.
I think it was Jason on the phone...not sure since this is the first time I've had to call. Anyway....he explained what was going on with the 2 items and asked if i wanted to wait for them, get a credit , or switch them out for other products. After all that was taken care of....I went ahead and asked some questions about different sword brands. next thing you know its 20 minutes later and we are still talking like we were old friends from back in the day. I have never called up a company before and been able to just sit on the phone and talk shop. All in all.........he didnt treat me like just another customer..............now that is customer service!!!!!!!!!
A++++++ goes out to Jason and Swords of Might. If you havent ordered from there before....i highly suggest you give them a try.
