I have to tell everyone about the experience that I had with TrueSwords. I bought a sword from the company which looked fine from the onset but soon turned out to have some problems. I contacted them by email and literally within 5 minutes I received a phone call from Evan. He worked with me about how to make things right. The customer service that I received was phenomenal. I am now 100% satisfied, scratch that 150%... no make that 200% satisfied!

True Swords really cares about its customers! The moral of the story is, there's always going to be one that slips through the cracks. Whether it's a sword, a car or anything else. What really distinguishes a company is what happens after that point. I can completely recommend True Swords to anyone. They have great prices, products and service. This may have been my first order from them, but it won't be my last!!!
