Wooden saya repair

I had once upon drawing my ryumon dragon katana hit the saya and chipped it, i found a good way to repair it, get some black nail varnish or whatever color matches your saya, and carefully fill the chip useing the nail varnish brush, wipe any excess from the saya and allow to dry. if done right and with care the chip will hardly be noticeable. hope this helps.
