As a collector of high end swords who is always looking for high quality andamazin customer service I have one dealer that shines above all the rest. Imperial has consistently offered amazing customer service, and wonderful weapons and very reasonable prices. I will pay extra for the same sword just to deal with the good people at Imperial. A++ seller!!!

Terrible customer service and treatment NEW

I have received terrible service from Imperial Weapons. I was screamed at by Diane and she kept hanging up the phone while I was trying to find out why I hadn't received my purchase. I think she has lost it in this current economy. Clyde was somewhat more sane, but just. Beware of Imperial Weapons. They have lost their luster and I don't think they are recoverable. I know I'll never buy from them again, and I have spent thousands over the years purchasing their products. Too bad really.
