so much packing peanuts you will need a shovel
shipping is slow (2-3 weeks)
some items are overpriced
website has some bugs, dont use bookmarks/favorites to get around when items are in the Shopping Cart.

They have always done well by me and I've bought several swords from them. She can be hard to get a hold of with limited hours, but they take very good care of their merchandise and know it very well. Worth taking the time to contact them, and their prices are good.
