9260 SGC Series Katana or the 9260 Tenchi Katana

by Craig
(New Zealand)

QUESTION: I am looking at purchasing either the Tenchi or the SGC but a little uncertain which way to go. Is the SGC as resilant as the Tenchi or better and the same with the cutting. Ideally id like both but have to start with one first. Any help would be great
Thanks

ANSWER: Hi Craig,

The SGC is a better cutter than the Tenchi and just as strong. If I had to pick one, I would select the SGC. The Tenchi is the best of all the traditional styled Cheness Katana, but the SGC is essentially a better sword IMHO.

Hope this helps.

Kind Regards,

- Paul
