Not so happy

I received 2 swords from this company & was not impressed. As a WW2 sword collector I ordered 2 German replicas that are made by a "reputable company" & was surprised at the terrible quality even for the price. The delivery took a long time & one of the swords was so badly rusted I disposed of it as it would of been to much trouble to return for the $. I believe in the benefit of the doubt but it was obvious that these products were not inspected before shipping. I have contacted the company & was told they would look into it......that was at the beginning of Jan. ?
