which is stronger, katana or armingsword?

QUESTION: I dont know which sword is truly stronger and durable, katana or armingsword?

ANSWER: That's a bit of a hot topic Vergil! But my own impressions are, a Katana is better for fighting an unarmoured opponent and is a better cutter than an arming sword. Though a well made arming sword tends to be a little more durable against shields and unintended contact with armour on the battlefield.

There is a lot more to it than that, but this brief answer should give you some idea.

Hope this helps.
