I recently made another purchase from true swords and was not impressed with the item,some minor damage and all in all it just didnt reach my expectations, so i emailed customer service and a short time later got a call from Evan.He couldnt have been nicer or more helpful,he told me how sorry he was for any inconvenience and that it is extremely uncommon for subpar items to ever reach their customers and based on my past purchases i believe that,ive always been happy with them.He told me to pickout my replacement katana,then went above and beyond at 5:45 p.m. to handle the paperwork and personally send out my new katana, i had a tracking # within 20 minutes.He then shocked me a little more by telling me to hold on to the sword i wasnt happy with as he was sending me a prepaid package to make the return in.FOLKS THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!I couldnt ask for more and i highly recomend buying from trueswords.Thank you Evan.
