Great experience buying from KOA! They helped me select the weapon based on my criteria. Furthermore, they inspected the sword prior to shipping to insure there were no defects. I purchase additional sharpening as well.

The sword arrived promptly, and was a nice specimen and fully sharpened. It was packaged well.

Not sure what more you can ask for from a retailer. KOA handled my transaction to my complete satisfaction.
