Dear Sirs, here are some facts : I ordered a "Blade runner PDK" to kingofsword the 22nd of june 2012 for a value of 138.88 US$ (Expedition to France + product). They took the money by the 25th of june 2012. Then I have no news and can't obtain any, despite numerous mails that I send to them. They finally gave an answer the 20th of july 2012 saying that it will be send directly from their supplier. Since this day I have no news despite again mails to them. I send mail (the 3rd of september 2012)to ask for expedition or refunding of the money. But I have no news since this date.

I just ordered something back on October 13,2012 and the item I ordered was a gift. It was never sent to the person I ordered it for. They sent me a tracking number for my supposed order on Oct. 31, 2012, and that tracking number shows that there was an item delivered but to a different state then where my item was supposed to go. When I tried to email them, (50 million times it seems) and telephoned them, I have yet to get an answer back from anyone. I have the tracking number as well as all emails saved. I have just now today, sent him a message on his myspace page and hoping that I might get my refund back. At this point I dont trust them to send anything. I just want my money back. I know I probably wont see it but that's the least they could do for me considering all I have had to deal with with this. I have proof that they got paid on Oct. 13th and never sent my merchandise to the person it was supposed to go to. I hope something can be done with these people soon. Good luck all. To be honest, I ordered from king of swords without looking at any reviews (dumb idea), but then soon after making my purchase I saw all the reviews and got very worried. Seeing as how all the reviews were about getting ripped off and that its all a fraud.. I'm from Canada and King of Swords claims to send out your purchase within 7 to 14 business days (that's a lie).I waited about a month before I decided to call my Credit Card company to file a dispute against King of Swords thinking it was actually a fraud. My bank opens up and claim and everything is all good. A few days later, I get a message from my local post office giving me a final notice saying that my sword had come in...? It turned out that the site had the wrong address the whole time even though I had given out all of my information correctly. Maybe this could be one of the situations with any one else and no one had noticed? I ordered the Last Samurai musashi sword. So in all, I guess I got lucky, but I still wouldn't recommend ordering from King of Swords seeing as how there are more negative comments than positive. Look for another more secure site!

They will direct you to a website where you can make a complaint. But before that, call your credit card company and get them to assign you a new card number. Good luck.

Hey Guys,

So after trying to get my stuff for around a year, I got an email from someone at King of Swords. Apparently the company is under new ownership, and the new guy is trying to get everything sorted out. He offered to either refund my money, or fulfill my order. I chose to give them another chance, and lo and behold, my stuff showed up today. Now this still took 2 months, but they had explained that they were out of stock, and it may take that long. So anyway, if you are still waiting for your order, try emailing them, you may get some satisfaction!

Well, I have to say I ordered from King of Swords at the end of November 2011, and had email contact with Scott from KoS who seemed helpful. But once my payment was processed I heard nothing for three weeks and started to get nervous and then came across a lot of negative reviews which made me feel stressed. I emailed Scott and said I had read a lot of bad reviews and was really worried, as I had $19 in my bank account and two children to care for. I received a response to say my items would be shipped by the end of the week. And I picked them up today from the post office, everything exactly as ordered. So even though it was delayed (I had hoped to get the swords as a present for Christmas) they arrived. I AM HAPPY with King of Swords. And no I am no relation to Scott. And by the way I live in Australia, so I'm not even located close to the business.

On the eve of January 1st, 2012 I attempted to order a stun gun for my girlfriends Mother. It wouldnt let me pay for it and have it shipped to her addy. It never gave a confirmation # so I assumed it did not go thru. I ended up going to a different site and ordered the same exact one for about $10 cheaper. Today {Jan. 5th, 2012} I was online looking at my bank account and low and behold there was a charge of $34.97 for this stun gun that they said they COULDNT process taken out of my account. I sure wish I would have read the reviews before attempting to order from this site. I already called the bank and I have to wait for it to be processed before I can get my money back! I also attempted to call the number that was on my bak statement and it puts you on hold for about 30 seconds then says to leave a message and someone will get back to you! HUH! O-KAY! Guess we'll see!

just starting my second week of waiting for product. Unfortunately had not checked reviews before ordering, otherwise i definitely would not have ordered from them. as for their claims stated earlier that the business had shut down, that is false. I ordered Don Quijote Spanish Rapier 41" w/Scabbard which was supposedly added to their catalog on monday the 10th of october 2011. i placed the order on december 22nd 2011, and it is currently january 3 2012. I have yet to recieve shipping conformation on the product. will continue to update with results.

I ordered the farscape pulse pistol resin replica kit. 3 weeks, multiple E-mails, and even a threat later nothing. No response of any kind. Decided to look up the company on the internet, and found many scathing reviews, filed a complaint with the BBB. 2 days later received my order at last, 2 parts of 3. The third part wasn't essential but would have been nice to have. Reported the incident as resolved with the BBB. Still have not heard anything from KOS. I do not recommend this place, even though it worked out for me eventually.

Hello everybody, to my shame I didn't check the reputation of the King of Swords website before I ordered from them - same story as many others, my item wasn't in stock then it was "held up at customs" - 6 months later after losing my (considerable) patience I was told I would be refunded... that was in August 2010 - I'm still waiting for my money back and it's now mid July 2011, of course they have now stopped responding to my emails. If anybody has any doubts please take it from me DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE it is (in my experience) 100% blatently fraudulent and I'm horrified that the website is still active and available... somebody must be able to stop these criminals surely :O

This is fraudulent, considering the fact they knowingly do this repeatedly. They have numerous complaints all over the web along with many submitted to BBB for their fraudulent behavior. I am only one of 100's they've scammed. Also, a search on your site under Legal Agreement: Web Store Prohibited Items Policy, one of your prohibited items is weapons. The majority of what King Of Swords sells is "weapons". Swords, knives, daggers, spears, stun guns, throwing stars, and throwing knives all with sharp points and edges. Even an automatic pistol that fires BB's. Basic definition of all the mentioned items is a weapon. Another one of your prohibited items is: Illegal items and items that encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity. King Of Swords sells lock picks. This product does encourage, promote and facilitate illegal activity. How can you possibly condone or promote this business?

With all these consumer complaints against this company, you would think there would be consumer protection and they would get put out of business. They need to be held responsible for all of us they have scammed!

I've read through the comments here, and did a little research of my own. I was curious as to whether this had only happened to me, having had my order claimed as "Unavailable/back-ordered" through their supplier. I, too, cancelled my order and asked for a refund. I had the good fortune of having quite a few of my emails answered by one of the sales representatives (I assume), to the tune of "We do not know why it is taking so long for your refund.", in so many words. Finally, after about six months, I started threatening legal action and got my final email from the KOS team. Essentially, they said it was not their fault, and if I wished to receive my refund then I should inform my bank to file some type of form as a means of refunding my purchase. Naturally, I went to my bank and spoke with the manager about this...even going so far as to show them the emailed response. The paperwork they had alleged would solve the issue did not exist. These are criminals, people...and it seems they have stolen thousands of dollars. I think it's time we start speaking a language these crooks understand...money talks.

ordered item on 2/17/11...waited and was informed that after 14 business days it was not available from their "source". Proceeded to cancel my order. I have emailed them several times and called the phone number that came with the charge on my bank statement which is out of order when you call. They will respond to some emails, others they do not. The claim to be forwarding my account to the "accounting dept". I made a final demand for my refund and heard nothing. I have now contacted my bank who will investigate and get my money back for me. Do not order from this dealer. Stick with amazon!!!!!

If you read the posts on here, the one guy has links to the company and says its his x-wife beating up the company and that none of it is true.

Others are trying to convince everyone that they are a good company, just a little slow.

Anyone notice a pattern here? This company is apparently trying to discredit all those who are posting here by making it out like it is no big deal and blame it on an x-wife. Seriously?

It would not surprise me if they are all the same person.

The best way to ensure that the complaints are heard loud and clear is to turn it over to the Prosecutor, the Attorney General, and the Feds.

After all, there are very definite laws that govern this sort of stuff. The guy is saying that maybe they do not have it in stock when they sell it. Check with your credit card company, it states very clearly that for a vendor to take orders, they must meet certain terms. Obviously, these guys are playing a game to try and keep you from filing a claim in the allotted time frame and keeping their charge backs down by lulling people. Do not buy into it. Those laws are there to protect you. Make sure you know your rights!

Don't you all think it's about time to put this behind you? Even if you do manage to put them out of business they'll call bankrupt before even half of you get your money back and then it will be forgotten about and you'll never get it. Just search Cobb County. Thats where they are and from there you can find there names (New people working there so i can't help you there). Once you get there names you can simply threaten them. Tons of people have done this when they didn't get there money back. But there not responding? is it www.kingofswords.com because they seem perfect for me. When my items out of stock which it almost always is i send in what i want in replacement they respond and update me and it eventually arrives. My longest order was 5 months.

You say they are busy? No way. It wasn't two months for me, I waited for more than a year, and I started asking for my money after 6 months. You've been luck or you have some interests with them... but yes, they are scammers. There is plenty of people who NEVER get their items or their money and that it's not something that can be explained with a "we're busy" or their greatest hit "customs are holding your items"

Sure it's a hassle to buy there items, and maybe they don't return money but you "DO" get your item. King Of Swords its pretty busy and they don't have the item when you order it so if its not in well..your going to have to replace it. It takes some time to get somethings that's actually in stock.

This is just what i think but im pretty sure alot of people expect them to email them the info on there items but you have to sign onto the site and look at your order history. Then you click on your order and scroll down. Everything going on with your order is there. I mid purchase right now, i ordered it two months ago. A long time, definitely are they scamming me? No. This isn't my first order either i have a decent history with them usually its a lot more organized if you just order 1 item but shipping prices are a problem.

I am not a vicious x-wife, I am someone who was scammed by this company and expects a refund of my money! I did a search online as suggested by people on here and found this company.

They are claiming that they are not associated with the company, but here is a quote from their web site.

If they are not associated, how did they know about this forum? And why did they leave Georgia and move to Indiana if not to hide?

I hate caps,, but DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM KING OF SWORDS. They charge the card immediately but then they don't have it in stock, or it is stuck in customs, or... blablabla. I'm waiting since September for my refund. And honestly, don't think it will happen... another legitimate case against these scammers might be necessary

This company has a large number of web sites! Obviously a need to have so many different company names is an indication that something is not good about this company.

It sounds like one of the partners has moved out of Georgia to try and hide from the BBB complaints that have been filed against them.

Contact your local Prosecuting Attorney and or Attorney General for your state. This company is wrought with fraud!

Thank God I didnt buy a sword - just a stand. It's been about three months since I ordered it and to my surprise it actually arrived. Wow! The quality of the stand was every bit as poor as the service and shipping time. Bar far the worst company I have dealt with online. Anybody notice that once you enter your credit card information, there is no way to remove it? Hmmm... That should be a sign right there.

I made an order to them some time ago and, like everyone else, I was scammed. They did'nt even respond to my mails. After a year waiting, I emailed them (from the website and from various mail accounts just to make sure they read it) telling them I found out where they are (Cobb County) and tell them I found in the county website the name and mail adresses of people in charge of businsess licenses. I'le tell them, they had a week to return me the money, or I would assume that my money was lost and make everything at my hand to get them closed. They answered THE DAY AFTER telling and in a week I had my money back.

P.S.I.: I can't find the names I gave in the mails, but maybe they're not even still in charge, but it's easy to find in the web of Cobb County.

P.S.I 2: I'm spanish, so please excuse me for my english.

they have a few names besides king of swords....millineum empire ...and ive heard there are more....so many different suggestions people have posted here ,as to what to do....so far nothings worked ....yes contacted b.b.b. also tried the links posted by someone...fbi(link didnt work)the only think i think may give us a chance is all people writing about being ripped off on this sword buyers guide)we need to all get our paperwork together,about what happened and when...(i have mine) and if you want mail it to me....contact me first by email...its posted and i will take it to a lawyer and see what they think....however im in canada,ottawa to be more exact...and this site is in the states...so i may or may not get turned down....but im willing to try if everyone else does....and i need others with there proof of what king of swords has done...if infact the lawyer says there is a chance...it will be big money back for all of us!(there is a chance i may need to live in the usa..,to do this maybe one of you guys live ther and we can do it that way....otherwise we are just complaining to the air!anyway im willing to give it a go....im so sick and fed up that they are still ripping off people every single fricken day the exact same way they did all of us. siscerely margaret

I ordered from this company as well, and after the runaround that most people receive, I filed a complaint with Visa. I was credited the amount, then shortly after that, King of Swords credited me as well. Great right? After I notified Visa to reverse the charges as the vendor had issued a refund - i receive another Visa charge from these guys again. They should be in jail, and not just out of business.

BE WARNED! Avoid this company like the plague.

i ordered from king of swords. the drizzit do'urden combo. Icingdeath and twinkle. Ran me 400 dollars. i awaited my swords(2 months when they said 2 weeks shipped to colorado usa) only to find out they were knock offs. not what the merchant promised to be selling. they were supposed to be the windlass steelcrafts icingdeath and twinkly combo with custon leather and steel scabbards. they were pakistani rip off which you can buy elsewhere for 40-60. i complained and they said they would refund my money.... well, this all started july of 2009. it is now march 2010. wheres my refund?? do not buy king of swords! if you still want to chance it, realize nothing will be authentic. its all cheap knock offs marketed as the real thing.

I ordered a sword for my grandson, not first reviewing the site. A month, and half a dozen calls later leaving my name and number, and I still have no sword nor contact from them.
I just contacted my Credit Card Company and canaelled my payment.

You need to remember that just because something is posted up doesn't mean it's accurate. There was nothing in your post that really helped me know if you had a legitimate complaint or if you were just spreading false rumors about them. I was wanting clarification.

Those caps are really annoying and don't contribute to the validity of your argument. I'm trying to buy some Christmas presents and looking for serious reviews, and yours really isn't helpful. It reminds me of a 12 year old throwing a tantrum which makes it hard for me to take it seriously.

Does anyone else have a review of King of Swords? I've seen multiple complaints about them and scamming, but I'm kinda iffy on all of them. Paranoid enough to likely not use King of Swords, but regardless, I am still interested in a proper review.

I WROTE OUT IN DETAIL ON SWORDS BUYERS GUIDE...THEY STOLE MINE AND MY SONS MONEY TO THE TUNE OF ABOT FOUR,HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!THEY WONT REFUND AND WILL NOT GIVE US OUR ORDER....ITS BEEN A YEAR....BBB CONTACTED THEM AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER/THIS GAVE THEM A CHANCE TO REDEAM THEMSELVES,AS FAR AS REFUNDING US....THEY IGNORED THEM!!!THATS WHY IM UPSET AND WISH FOR THEM TO HAVE THERE SITE DESTROYED....SO NO ONE ELSE HAS THIS HAPPEN TO THEM!THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO COUNTLESS PEOPLE...I DISCOVERED THROUGH BBB.....AND THEY JUST KEEP ON DOING THIS.....QUESTION ANSWERED ANOM?
