QUESTION Hi!
This week I met with a store (http://stores.ebay.com/weapons-world-N-1) that sells antique katanas collected during the 1937 war in Dongbei.
Such sales are legal? katanas are authentic?
I would appreciate an opinion on these sales.
Thank you very much.
ANSWER: Hi Jamie,
Unfortunatley - these swords are far from authentic... I wouldn't mind so much if the sellers didn't pretend that they are Gunto (Japanese WWII swords) - but the way they present it is extremely dishonest...
Check out this guide to ebay swords which should help: http://reviews.ebay.com/Buying-cheap-katana-on-eBay_W0QQugidZ10000000000848136
