With great reviews it is sometimes hard to compare, would you say the the Ryumon Dragon
cuts as well as the SGC Yamakami
It sounds like it handles better and sometimes that makes for better cutting?
Hmm, difficult to compare them really. In terms of raw cutting power, the SGC wins hands down and is considerably more durable. However, for normal tatami cutting and overall handling, the Ryumon is a delight to use...
